2026년 1학기 ‘KAC와 함께하는 영어로 놀자’ 모집

대구광역시 수성구립 용학도서관에서 KAC와 협력하여 지역 아동들에게 멘토링 영어독서교육을 실시합니다.

본 프로그램에 참여를 희망하는 학생들은 아래 내용들을 참고하여 신청하기 바랍니다.

 

1. 운영기간: 4 18.~ 6. 27. 매주 토 13:00~17:00 (4시간)

 

2. 모집인원: 총 4명 (한국인2명 외국인2명)

 

3. 장소: 용학도서관 강좌실(4층)

 

4. 내용: 초등학생(2~4학년) 15명을 대상으로 영어독서교육 멘토링 수업 진행

 

5. 제공내용: 봉사시간 4시간 / 4시간 활동시 실비 14,000원 지급

 

6. 안 내

- 지각/결석 시 봉사시간 및 실비 미지급

- 4월 18일 첫시간 어린이들과 함께 자기소개 및 수업 진행(수업준비 요망)

- 영어도서를 한권 정도 읽어주고, 수준별 소모임으로 수업 운영 요청 (수업재료 구매 및 워크시트 출력가능)

 

신청 희망하는 학생은 4월 13일 12시까지 KAC행정실(동영관 126호)로 방문신청, 선착순 접수

 

Recruitment for English Mentoring Program with KAC(KAC와 함께하는 영어로 놀자) – Spring Semester 2026

Yonghak Library in Daegu, in collaboration with KAC, is offering an English reading mentoring program for local children. Students who wish to participate are encouraged to review the details below and apply.

1. Program Period: April 18^th – June 27^th, Every Saturday, 13:00-17:00 (4 hours)

2. Number of Participants: Total of 4 mentors (2 Korean Students, 2 International Students)

3. Location: Lecture Room (4^th floor), Yonghak Library

4. Program Description: Mentors will conduct English reading mentoring sessions for 15 elementary school students (Grades 2-4)

5. Benefits: 4 hours of volunteer service credited per session / A stipend of 14,000 KRW provided for each 4 hour session

6. Notes: 

    No stipend will be provided in case of lateness or absence

    On April 18 (first session), mentors should prepare a self-introduction and conduct a class with the children.

    Mentors are expected to read at least one English book and run level-based small group activities (teaching materials and worksheet printing are available)

How to Apply

Students who wish to apply must visit the KAC Administrative Office (Room 126, Dongyeong Hall) by April 13, 12:00 PM

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
